Roblox event FAQ: The Hollow questions answered
What is The Hollow, and is this website official?
Event identitySource ↗
The Hollow is Roblox’s 2026 Halloween survival event, with a hub, changing mazes, horror-game monsters and quests. The official experience is published by Roblox Presents. This website is an independent fan guide operated under The Hollow Event Guide brand; Roblox and participating creators do not operate or endorse it.
How do I join the official The Hollow experience?
Official entry and launch stepsSource ↗
Open the official experience below and check the publisher is Roblox Presents. Sign in on Roblox, select Play and follow the prompt to open its app. If needed, install the app using Roblox’s instructions. Once inside, read the current objective; our Floor 1 guide explains the reported first relic task.
Do I need Roblox Plus or Robux to participate?
Public access and optional benefitsSource ↗
Plus is not a general requirement for the public event described by Roblox, which includes eligible regular accounts. Optional Plus benefits and Marketplace purchases are separate. Check each named reward’s current conditions: participation alone does not establish that an item costs no Tickets, requires no subscription or is already claimable.
What age and regional requirements apply?
Age and regional qualificationsSource ↗
Roblox describes access for Roblox or Roblox Select accounts, generally ages 9 and older in most regions, with ages and access varying by region. Read the message shown for your account. If it mentions parental permission or another restriction, follow Roblox’s instructions with a parent where appropriate; a fan guide cannot override it.
Will The Hollow work on my phone, computer or console?
Platform requirementsSource ↗
Check Roblox’s requirements for your operating system and hardware, then open The Hollow’s official page on that device for the play option and experience-specific messages. Platform support does not guarantee this event runs smoothly on every device. If joining fails, record the exact error and use official help rather than an unofficial client.
Can I catch up if I missed an earlier night?
Earlier-floor access reportSource ↗
GamesRadar+ reports that earlier maze floors can be revisited during the event. Check the elevator for your missed floor and read its current objective before starting. This report does not guarantee availability for every partner quest or limited item; individual reward conditions still apply within the general claim window.
Where is the Day 3 walkthrough?
Two creator-recorded Floor 3 routesSource ↗
Our Floor 3 guide explains the eight-grave lifespan puzzle, coffin lock and relic return using two original creator recordings. Calculate your room’s three shortest lives instead of copying a fixed symbol code. We have not playtested it; the reported reward name conflicts with the completion display, as the guide explains.
What time does each new floor unlock?
Daily unlock time unverifiedSource ↗
No exact daily floor-unlock time has been verified for this guide. The nine-night announcement does not establish a universal reset hour. Check the in-game elevator’s availability and objective. A creator livestream is a separate event, so its start time is not proof that a floor has unlocked.
What should I do if I only have 30 minutes?
Planning advice, not timed results
Choose one available objective you understand and reserve time to return, claim if required and check the result. If a run is underway, identify its remaining completion step before switching. This is planning advice: without measured completion-time data, we cannot promise two floors in half an hour or identify the fastest reward.
Why do a guide’s turns or puzzle-piece locations differ from my run?
Reported layout variationSource ↗
Published walkthroughs report changing piece locations or maze layouts. Use screenshots to recognize rooms and mechanisms, rather than expecting identical pickups or turns. Match the floor and objective, track your return path and read your own puzzle. If the mechanism differs, recheck the guide’s source and current instructions before continuing.
Which Twisted Dandy objective and pillar symbols should I follow?
Conflicting pillar descriptionsSource ↗
The hub’s Floor 2 relic maze and the activity inside Dandy’s World are separate objectives. Pillar descriptions also conflict: TechWiser says five and an active logo; Beebom says six and pumpkin faces. Follow your room’s count, clue and completion indicators, not a universal pictured answer. The detailed guide separates both routes.
When is the live finale in my time zone?
Finale date; exact time unknownSource ↗
Roblox announces the finale for the morning of October 31, 2026, but the checked sentence gives neither an exact hour nor an explicit time zone. There is no precise instant to convert yet. Check for a later official time; do not substitute the separate reward deadline or an assumed Pacific morning.
Can I collect rewards after the finale, and when is the deadline?
General reward cutoffSource ↗
Yes. Roblox says reward collection continues after the October 31 finale until November 2, 2026 at noon PST, equivalent to 20:00 UTC. Use our local-time tool for your selected region. Individual task and claim conditions still apply; the general cutoff does not establish when servers close or guarantee every item’s availability.
Does the badge catalog prove every matching avatar item is free?
Badge identity onlySource ↗
No. The catalog records enabled hub badge identities from the latest API snapshot; their descriptions were empty. It is not a final reward count or proof of an equal number of free avatar items. A matching name does not establish an item’s ownership, Ticket cost, Plus requirement or current eligibility.
What should I check after completing a quest?
Task-specific claim reportsSource ↗
Check the named reward’s actual instructions. Some media-reported partner routes include a separate hub interaction; reported relic runs include a safe elevator return. Then check the badge or task result and the relevant inventory. Roblox’s browser Inventory lets you choose a category and open an item page for its Item Owned indication.
I finished a task but the reward is not showing. What next?
Troubleshooting orderSource ↗
First identify what is missing: the exact event badge, an avatar item, or Ticket/shop credit. Match the account, final objective and named claim requirement before repeating a long quest. If the result still disagrees, record the task, completion time, device and error, then use our branch checklist and the appropriate official support route.
Are there verified redeem codes for The Hollow?
Redeem codes unverifiedSource ↗
No official redeem code has been verified in the announcement and experience sources used here. That does not mean Roblox will never publish one. A puzzle clue is not automatically a code. Follow official task instructions and never give a code website your Roblox password or verification code to unlock a reward.
How current are these answers, and how can I report a correction?
Corrections and responsibility
Use the page’s source-check date and update log to judge freshness. For a guide correction, send the page URL, disputed step and a public source or redacted evidence through our contact page. Account, progress and missing-item problems belong with Roblox or the experience’s official support, not this guide. No site login is needed.

Official sources establish the facts attributed to them. Media walkthroughs are reported gameplay, and editorial checks explain how to compare evidence. None is a claim of playtesting by this site.
