The Hollow Roblox Day 3: which objective this covers
Two original creator recordings; no site playtest · Checked Source ↗
This is the Floor 3 coffin puzzle in the main hub maze. WaffleTrades and KAM Gats show the complete route from selecting the floor through relic extraction. We reviewed their original recordings and key game screens; we have not played this encounter ourselves.
Look for the Demonology-themed room rather than following a promised sequence of corridor turns. The recordings do not establish one route for every player. Check the elevator’s current options before starting.
Solve the Floor 3 grave lock
WaffleTrades 0:12–1:54; KAM Gats 0:43–3:34 · Checked Source ↗
- 01
Find the coffin room
Choose Floor 3 in the hub elevator. Explore for the Demonology room with a central coffin and eight surrounding gravestones.
- 02
Read all eight graves
Record each symbol together with its birth and death years. Keep the symbol attached to its own numbers; a list of ages alone will not tell you what to enter.
- 03
Rank the shortest lives
Subtract birth year from death year for each grave. Select the three smallest results and arrange them from youngest to oldest.
- 04
Set the three slots
At the coffin’s Grave Lock, use the up and down arrows to place those symbols into I, II and III from left to right. Press Open.
- 05
Collect the relic
Confirm the relic was obtained before leaving. The recordings show successful pickup feedback after the correct combination.
- 06
Return to the elevator
Carry the relic out through the maze and leave by elevator. Both recordings show the return followed by completion feedback.
Compare lifespans, not the oldest calendar dates
Invented arithmetic example; not a symbol combination
The clue concerns how long each person lived. An earlier birth or death does not automatically mean a shorter life. The reviewed gravestones display year ranges, so the calculation shown is death year minus birth year.
For example, the table below is invented to explain the arithmetic. These letters and dates are not a game answer. Among these four examples, B comes first, D second and A third; a real run still requires checking all eight graves.
| Hypothetical marker | Born | Died | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | 1850 | 1876 | 26 years |
| B | 1880 | 1902 | 22 years |
| C | 1826 | 1876 | 50 years |
| D | 1866 | 1890 | 24 years |
There is no verified universal three-symbol code
WaffleTrades enters broom, witch and ghost. KAM Gats enters broom, hat and pumpkin. Their different successful examples are a reason to solve the graves visible in your room instead of copying a video’s final combination.
Those examples do not prove exactly how the game assigns dates or symbols across servers. The supported method is to read your eight records, calculate the ages and enter the shortest three in ascending order. If the displayed clue changes, use its wording and report the difference with a source.
Confirm pickup before starting the return
Treat unlocking the coffin and extracting the relic as separate checkpoints. WaffleTrades’ recording shows a “Got it” pickup message at about 1:44, then a return to the hub. KAM Gats also shows carrying the relic back and receiving completion feedback.
A correct lock interaction is useful evidence of puzzle progress, but it is not a reason to skip the journey back. Once out, check the specific result you expected: a badge entry and an avatar inventory entry are different things.
If the coffin does not open
Checks derived from the puzzle requirements; not an official bug fix
Before repeating the run, check the information that determines the combination:
- Count eight complete records. A missed grave could have a shorter lifespan than one of your selected three.
- Recalculate each difference, then check that no symbol was copied beside another grave’s years.
- Use ascending age order in I, II and III. Finding the right three without ordering them is a different result.
- Read each selected slot again before pressing Open; similar artwork can lead to an input mistake.
- After a catch, inspect the current objective and carried items. These recordings do not establish which progress survives every failure.
Why the reward name remains unresolved
Creator naming and game completion text disagree · Checked
WaffleTrades calls the reward Festering Felix in the video description and narration. The completion screens in both reviewed recordings instead display Slavering Sylvester with the label Puzzle Reward. We have not established why those names differ.
The official hub API includes an enabled Festering Felix badge, but its description is empty. That confirms a badge identity, not the full entitlement or claim rules. We therefore do not promise one confirmed named UGC reward for this route or count the two names as separate prizes.
Keep the partner-game quests separate
KAM Gats continues after the Floor 3 segment into a secret-room-linked Dead Rails task and a six-item Demonology quest. Those are separate activities. Do not bring their keys, collection targets or claim directions into the three-slot coffin solution.
Roblox’s announcement lists Biter from Demonology in the event lineup. It does not document this floor’s pursuit rules. We have not verified a particular distraction, safe-room rule or movement trick for the monster here.
Recording review and corrections
Source review: October 24, 2026 at 8:51 p.m. PDT, which is October 25 at 03:51 UTC. This is our editorial check time, not a claim that we played the floor then or know its exact opening time.
The guide uses the two original recordings for the puzzle actions and Roblox material for event and badge identity. Send a correction with the affected instruction and a current public recording or objective; we can then compare the change without guessing from a reward name.
Sources and verification
Official sources establish the facts attributed to them. Media walkthroughs are reported gameplay, and editorial checks explain how to compare evidence. None is a claim of playtesting by this site.
