Match the sixth-floor hub objective
Creator screen instructions and sampled frames, with attributed written reports; no site playtest · Checked Source ↗
We reviewed PremiumSalad’s on-screen instructions and sampled gameplay frames alongside the complete written Floor 6 guides by TechWiser and Pro Game Guides. The recording supports the elevator selection, recipe progress, completion feedback, carried object and lobby return. The Hollow Event Guide has not played the task on a site account; the exact relic pickup prompt and avatar-item ownership remain unverified.
PremiumSalad’s recording shows the hub elevator’s sixth-floor button, consistent with Pro Game Guides’ entrance instructions. Check which floor your own elevator offers and the objective shown before following the route. A calendar date or a newly listed badge does not establish access for every account.
TechWiser describes dark corridors and recommends bringing lighting. That recommendation does not establish a required purchase or equipment prerequisite. Its report also names the Mimic anomaly from Animal Hospital as the pursuer; this site has not independently verified that encounter or its behavior.
Follow the reported cauldron recipe and relic return
Reviewed creator recipe progress and return; written relic attribution · Checked Source ↗
The reviewed recording shows a three-color board, checked recipe positions, completion feedback and a return to the lobby with the objective. The written guides describe bringing matching ingredients to the cauldron in order. Use the recipe displayed in your room; one creator’s or article’s example is not a universal answer.
- 01
Select the sixth-floor task when available
The original recording shows button 6 in the hub elevator. Match that floor and its current objective rather than substituting a challenge inside the separate Animal Hospital experience.
- 02
Find the Animal Hospital puzzle room
The recording shows a hospital-style lobby with a large cauldron and a recipe board. TechWiser and Pro Game Guides describe finding this room and report that its location can vary. Use its landmarks to recognize the puzzle; their corridor examples are not a fixed route through your maze.
- 03
Read all three colors in order
Read the three colored icons above the cauldron and note their first, second and third positions before searching for ingredients. The reviewed board indicates the next requested color and checks completed positions. Follow your own display instead of copying the color order from a recording or written example.
- 04
Bring back one matching ingredient at a time
The written guides describe finding colored ingredients around the hospital room and returning them individually in recipe order. The reviewed recording shows an ingredient Grab prompt; use the interaction shown for your platform. Compare the ingredient with the next requested color before adding it and check the board’s progress afterward. Do not treat another player’s ingredient location or key prompt as universal.
- 05
Check the mixture feedback and carried objective
PremiumSalad’s recording shows all three recipe positions checked and the word DELICIOUS, then a carried object and a sixth-object completion message. The written guides identify the objective as the sixth-night relic. Check your own completion display and carried-item state before leaving; the exact relic label, spawn location and pickup prompt were not readably verified.
- 06
Return with the relic to the elevator
The recording shows the carried object near the return door, the door closing and a subsequent lobby scene with an NPC completion dialogue. TechWiser and Pro Game Guides describe this as the relic’s elevator return. Read your own objective and result afterward; a creator’s completed run does not confirm credit or item delivery on your account.
Make a three-step record of your own recipe
Original note-taking template for the reported three-color task
Copy the table below into your notes and fill it from the board in your room. Keep each ingredient beside its position so you can check the next action without replacing your recipe with a guide’s example.
This is an editorial note-taking template, not a reproduction of a verified in-game progress display. Mark only the actions you have observed yourself. An empty line is something to check, not proof of a game error.
| Recipe position | Write what your board asks for | Record your own actions |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · First icon | Color: ____ · Matching ingredient: ____ | Found: ____ · Added to cauldron: ____ |
| 2 · Second icon | Color: ____ · Matching ingredient: ____ | Found: ____ · Added to cauldron: ____ |
| 3 · Third icon | Color: ____ · Matching ingredient: ____ | Found: ____ · Added to cauldron: ____ |
Compare the recipe, item and return as separate checkpoints
Observation checklist; failure and reset rules unverified
These observations can help you describe an unfinished attempt. They are not a tested repair, reset command or additional official reward condition.
- Re-read the board if you are unsure of a color or its position; compare it with your notes before adding another ingredient.
- Distinguish an ingredient you found from one you actually brought back and added. Collecting three objects does not document the order of your actions.
- Use the ingredient’s current label and your board when color names in written guides differ. The sampled frames do not establish every ingredient’s name, location or platform-specific key prompt.
- After the reported mixture is complete, inspect the objective item and your carried-item state before retracing the route to the elevator.
- After an interrupted attempt, check the current objective again. These sources do not establish what persists, what resets or what happens after an incorrect ingredient.
- If credit is missing after returning, identify whether the missing result is the floor objective, a badge or a separate avatar item before repeating the task.
Keep the Bighead report separate from its badge identity
Creator and media task association; avatar-item eligibility unverified · Checked Source ↗
PremiumSalad’s video description, TechWiser and Pro Game Guides associate the Floor 6 relic route with The Amazing Liquefactive Bighead. The official hub API separately lists an enabled badge with that name, ID 2586893792208379. Its description was empty in the October 28 snapshot, so the API record itself does not document an unlock task or its conditions.
The reviewed frames establish recipe completion feedback and a lobby return, not a readable badge award or avatar-inventory ownership receipt. Current eligibility and delivery of a matching avatar item remain unverified. Check the named result on your account instead of treating the API identity or a carried relic as a claim receipt.
This page covers the reported hub relic task. A partner-game Animal Hospital challenge or Banana Eats quest has its own objective and reward evidence; completing this cauldron does not establish that those separate tasks are complete.
What has been reviewed for this guide
We reviewed PremiumSalad’s October 27 recording on October 28, 2026 in Pacific time, along with the complete TechWiser and Pro Game Guides articles and official badge identity response. The 3:23 video was checked through on-screen instructions and selected paused frames, not an automatic transcript or a site-account run. This review does not establish an unedited continuous completion.
The reviewed checkpoints include the sixth-floor button, recipe board, checked positions, mixture feedback, carried object and lobby return. The exact relic pickup interaction and label, error or reset behavior, monster mechanics and current account eligibility remain unresolved. No exact floor-opening time or universal ingredient sequence was established; The Hollow Event Guide has not completed this task on a site account.
For a correction, send the affected step, the floor and objective shown, and a public source or redacted evidence. Do not send a Roblox password, verification code or account login.
